NUUREVA is operated by TechSite Solutions, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

Who May Use This Site

NUUREVA is intended for experienced professionals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The 3-Path Assessment

The 3-Path Assessment is a free educational tool designed to help experienced professionals identify which of three general pathways — consulting services, online content creation, or a product business — may be a good fit for their expertise and working style.

The assessment results are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, financial advice, legal advice, or business advice. Results are based solely on your answers to five questions and should not be treated as a definitive recommendation.

TechSite Solutions, LLC makes no guarantee that following any pathway suggested by the assessment will result in income, business success, or any specific outcome.

Email Communications

By submitting your email address to take the assessment, you agree to receive:

• A welcome email confirming your assessment has started
• A result email delivering your personalized pathway result
• Periodic emails from NUUREVA about content, platform updates, and relevant resources

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Intellectual Property

All content on nuureva.com — including text, graphics, videos, the site design, the assessment questions, the result copy, and all other materials — is the property of TechSite Solutions, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

Service Availability

nuureva.com is provided on an 'As Is' and 'As Available' basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TechSite Solutions, LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time with or without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability

You may stop using nuureva.com at any time. If you have an active email subscription, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Termination by Us

TechSite Solutions, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your access, any data you have provided — including your email address and assessment answers — will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@techsitesolutions.com.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, TechSite Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of nuureva.com, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechSite Solutions, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of nuureva.com
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any content or information you submit to us

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the site.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@techsitesolutions.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of nuureva.com shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

You and TechSite Solutions, LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
