We Do Not Sell Your Data

TechSite Solutions, LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising purposes and we do not share it with advertisers. Your data is used solely to operate NUUREVA and communicate with you about it.

What Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you take the 3-Path Assessment, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your answers to the five assessment questions
  • Your assessed pathway result (consulting, content, or product)

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit nuureva.com, we may collect:

  • The URL source of your visit (UTM parameters such as utm_source and utm_medium) if you arrived via a tracked link
  • Your theme preference (dark or light mode), stored locally in your browser via localStorage — this never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers

We do not currently use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such tools are deployed.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver your personalized assessment result
  • Send you a welcome email and your result email via our email service provider (Resend)
  • Understand which traffic sources are bringing visitors to the assessment
  • Communicate with you about NUUREVA content, the platform, and related updates — you can unsubscribe at any time

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Information

Your email address and assessment answers are stored securely in our database provided by Supabase, Inc. Supabase operates with industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

Transactional and follow-up emails are sent via Resend, Inc. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering emails on our behalf.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

  • Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Data stored in Supabase is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only
  • We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Unsubscribe from our email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send
  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a portable format — email us at support@techsitesolutions.com to make this request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@techsitesolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain your information as follows:

  • Email address and assessment answers: retained for as long as you are an active subscriber. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
  • UTM parameters: retained alongside your assessment record and deleted with it upon request.
  • Theme preference: stored only in your browser's localStorage. We have no access to this data and it is never transmitted to our servers.

We do not currently process payments on this site, so no payment records are retained. When paid features are introduced, this policy will be updated to reflect applicable retention requirements.

International Data Transfers

NUUREVA is operated from the United States. Our service providers — Supabase and Resend — process and store data on servers located in the United States.

If you are accessing nuureva.com from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

By using this site and submitting your information, you consent to this transfer. We ensure our service providers maintain appropriate data protection standards consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

NUUREVA is intended for experienced professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at support@techsitesolutions.com and we will delete it promptly.
